Unusual Welsh wool tapestry cape with hood. Stunning and unique one-size Welsh wool cape with hood.

Vintage probably 60s/70s, but the zip has been replaced with something more modern.

Vintage smell scale: (VSS) I use a rating system to indicate if an item has that good old vintage smell! (1= no smell 10= very fusty!) I have an article on my blog of my favourite ways to get rid of any smells
